enCAD team had delivered MEP BIM design services for a large shopping complex with a luxury hotel establishment, a large underground car parking area, cafés, bars, restaurants, and shops.
Client Requirements:
To 3D model the various MEP services of a Shopping Centre and to coordinate the services.
Project Highlights:
A large shopping centre with over 85 stores focused primarily on personal goods and services. A luxury hotel establishment, a large underground car park, cafés, bars and quality restaurants. The shopping Centre had 3 floors, each with 135000 sq. ft area. The enCAD team members split each floor into four zones and modelled the ducts and pipes in AutoCAD MEP as per the client-supplied layout. Each service was modelled separately at separate zones as per the priority. In the final stage, the team had to combine four zones, and later coordinated the MEP services. Our team also generated the drawings with the client’s layout as four separate zones for all three floors.
